The MDYMCA Youth Club Summer Camp (YCSC) is a two-week hybrid leadership camp designed to equip young Chinoy student leaders with important skills that will help you tackle the challenges of everyday life.
YCSC is a great way to develop your soft skills, connect with like-minded peers, and begin your leadership journey.
We believe in the power of communication and provide our campers with the opportunity to connect with each other, express themselves clearly, and engage with their peers.
YCSC instills the importance of initiative as it is an essential characteristic for young aspiring leaders to prossess in order to succeed. Through various talks and activities, our campers will be given the opportunity to recognize their responsibility to their team, demonstrate the courage and ambition to lead the team towards success by their example.
RESPONSIBILITY & TEAMWORK
Campers will learn the importance of having the courage to make difficult decisions and the power of collaboration. Campers will learn that by working together, they can achieve amazing things and make a lasting impact on the world around them.
By joining the MDYMCA Youth Club Summer Camp, our campers will learn the skills and traits needed to become successful leaders. The experiences they have at the camp will stay with them for a lifetime and help them to make the most of their future.

The Youth Club Summer Camp (YCSC) is a 2-week camp that aims to develop the leadership skills of the youth today, and also encourage them to be a leader with a purpose.
The orientation day will be held on May 6, 2023 (onsite), followed by the camp days on May 13 (online), 20, and 21 (onsite), 2023.
The camp is open to incoming Grade 10, 11, 12, or college freshmen who attended a Chinese-Filipino school in Metro Manila until (at least) junior high school.
The camp fee of P300 will cover the food, venue, sanitation materials, and camp kits. The fee is to be paid once acceptance emails are sent.
Since the payment secures your slot, all payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
The deadline for payment is one week after you have received your acceptance letter. In the instance that you can not pay on or before the deadline, please notify us through email at [email protected] and wait for further instructions. However, we discourage you to do so as your slot for the camp would not be secured until payment is confirmed.
The camp will be held in a hybrid setup.

Participants are highly encouraged to be vaccinated to join the camp. Unvaccinated participants will be required to submit a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours prior to entering the MDYMCA premises.
You will need to submit a 2×2 photo of yourself, your vaccination card, your latest Chinese-Filipino school student ID, and a signed parental consent form upon submission of the Application Form.
Participants are to attend ALL scheduled camp days. Attendance is COMPULSORY and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Failure to complete the camp days automatically merits forfeiture from the camp.
